Ashley’s maternity session was super special due to the fact that her husband, Brian, is currently overseas serving with the military in Iraq and hasn’t been able to be a part of her pregnancy. I feel fortunate to be able to help them document this special time and to give Brian a glimpse into the beginning of their son’s world.

Ashley requested beach photos and as soon as I read that I knew I wanted to do a sunrise session-thankfully she was up to the challenge!

Baby Nate is due any day now. Keep your fingers crossed that Brian can make it home in time to welcome him into the world!
